The ExportMate Basic Plan is valid for 1 year. You will be notified by the ExportMate system to reactivate your FREE account and continue enjoying all the benefits.
For the Professional Plan, the termination
of your domain name depends on how much of your deposit remains:
If you have $15 remaining in your account for more than one year
of domain name validation, the domain name cost is still administered
by asiaEP.
If you let your balance reduce to zero, the domain name will no
longer be administered by asiaEP (more than 1 year). You will
need to register a new free domain name in the plan settings of
your account if you wish to have it reactivated.
If I am a Basic Plan member, will
I be able to upgrade a Professional Plan member?
Of course, and it is very simple to do – just a click away from
your basic plan account once you log in. You will be notified
of the simple steps necessary, and regardless, each company is
allowed to have either a basic plan or professional plan.

How do I upload my web site files to my FREE 1 GB web hosting?
Software Requirement: File Transfer Protocol ( FTP) client application for transferring (download and upload) files between your PC (You) and FTP Site (ExportMate).
Software Recommendation: WS_FTP ( www.ipswitch.com)
How to download / upload your files:
( * ) Connect your PC to a remote FTP site by our FTP info sent to you in the 2nd e-mail notification which are FTP address and FTP account e.g.
FTP Address: ftp.exportmate.com
FTP Username: India-export
FTP Password: india123
( * ) Browse files and folders on both the FTP site and your PC
( * ) Move (Transfer) files or folders between your PC and an FTP site
(1) Open the folder to which you want to transfer files on the destination system
Destination System: The system to which you are transferring files; this can be either the FTP site if you are uploading files, or it can be the local system (your PC) if you are downloading files to your PC.
(2) Select the file(s) or folder(s) on the source system
Source System: The system from which you are transferring files; this can be either the local system (your PC) if you are uploading files, or it can be the FTP site if you are downloading files to your PC)
(3) Do one of the following:
(3.1) Drag the selected files to the destination folder or the destination connection tab
(3.2) Click the transfer arrow to transfer the selected file(s) or folders(s) to the destination system
